During his role as a Mayer Fund Analyst for UMD’s $9M student-managed investment fund, Rohan demonstrated exceptional analytical rigor and business judgment. He built full three-statement models and DCF valuations from scratch to pitch two stocks, delivering investment theses strong enough to earn unanimous 12/12 approval votes on both occasions, leading to addition of both stocks to the fund’s portfolio.
Rohan brings real-world experience from ANZ Bank, where he developed SQL-driven analytics frameworks and Qlik Sense dashboards across home loans, small business and customer protection that improved operational efficiency and informed senior-level decisions. He further sharpened his research skills through internships with Wall Street Oasis and Fund Launch, producing institutional-grade equity research and hedge-fund-style investment memos.
Beyond the classroom, Rohan serves as Vice President of Finance for the Asian MBA Association.
Passionate about public markets, valuation, and data-informed strategy, Rohan aims to build a career in roles where finance, analytics, and strategic insight intersect, particularly across consumer discretionary, consumer staples, and technology sectors.
