During his Amazon Pathways Operations internship, Tarun led the Amazon fulfillment center Amazon fulfillment center Waterspider Optimization Project, where he identified and resolved key inbound inefficiencies that were impacting operational performance. By developing and implementing the GAME Strategy (Gap Bridging, Aggressive Efficiency, Motivation, and Education), he significantly improved process efficiency and team engagement, an initiative that was later adopted as a pilot model across multiple Amazon sites.
With prior global experience at FedEx Express, Tarun has led finance automation projects spanning 75 countries, streamlined reconciliation frameworks, and delivered multimillion-dollar process-efficiency gains. .
Tarun is passionate about financial modeling, operations strategy, and process innovation, and aspires to build a career in Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Operations Leadership.
