Advise a buyer on an acquisition with our international mergers team

At Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, we are dedicated to providing the best quality services to our clients in a variety of sectors. In this job simulation, you will take a deep dive into the world of law, more specifically the International Mergers group.

During the program, you will immerse yourself in the type of work that we tackle everyday. For example, you will have the opportunity to learn about legal drafting, commercial awareness, and how to work effectively under pressure. This program gives you the chance to truly step into the shoes of an employee at our firm and explore a future law career in an immersive way.
