A-Frame Solutions is a Washington DC-based GovTech company founded by three former federal Contracting Officers. We build ArcSuite AI, an AI-powered Adaptive Operations Platform used by federal agencies including the IRS, NIH, NOAA, and Treasury. We also serve state, local, and enterprise clients across B2B markets including healthcare, financial services, legal, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. Our mission is to modernize how organizations manage operations, workflows, and collaboration.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated marketing intern to support our growing brand presence across federal, B2G, and commercial B2B markets. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to multi-industry marketing, graphic design, video production, and AI-powered SaaS products. A core focus of this role is creating industry-specific demo content that brings ArcSuite AI to life for audiences across six verticals using custom scenario data.
Responsibilities
Content and Design
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content across govtech, B2B SaaS, federal procurement, and AI topics
- Draft graphics and visual assets for social media, conferences, and digital campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Develop and design industry-specific one-pagers and capability statements tailored to healthcare, financial services, legal, state and local government, higher education, and nonprofit audiences
- Write landing page copy customized for each target industry vertical
Video Production
- Script, record, and edit short-form marketing videos for social media and campaign use across industry verticals
- Produce product walkthrough videos for ArcSuite AI modules including Arc Tracker, Arc Select, Arc Compose, Arc Sheets, and Arc Insight
- Build custom demo scenarios using industry-specific sample data to showcase real-world use cases for each vertical
Outreach and Research
- Support outreach campaigns targeting both federal agency contacts and commercial B2B prospects
- Conduct competitive research on GovTech and B2B SaaS companies and market trends
- Help maintain and grow our online brand presence across multiple channels

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, communications, or graphic design program
- Strong writing and visual communication skills
- Proficiency or interest in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma
- Proficiency or interest in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar
- Interest in government technology, B2B SaaS, AI products, or public sector innovation
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
