The Senior Product Marketing Specialist (Sr PMS) will play a critical role in driving the success of Centellas offerings in the market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and service offerings to target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
The Sr PMS will directly engage and interface with Account Executives and HTS Market Managers, functioning as an extension of the MarCom department for the Sales and Portfolio Management Teams. This individual may interface with customers to accomplish key responsibilities outlined below. The Sr PMS will collaborate with all MarCom department personnel in order to accomplish defined goals and will support broader marketing initiatives that correlate with this roles key responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape utilizing tools available through both Centella and Siemens Healthineers-based accounts.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement to inform marketing strategies.
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop clear and compelling product and service positioning and messaging that differentiates Centellas offerings in the market.
- May leverage content available from Siemens Healthineers.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content. This list is not exhaustive.

- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product and/or service offering launches, including defining target audiences, marketing channels, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and portfolio management teams to ensure alignment and support for product and/or service offering launches.
- Sales Enablement:
- Create sales enablement tools and training materials to help teams effectively sell Centella product and service offerings, including sales decks and battle cards.
- Provide ongoing support to sales teams with product knowledge, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
- Campaign Development and Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product/service awareness and adoption.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Leverage customer insights to refine product messaging and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, portfolio management, customer support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Present marketing plans and performance updates to senior management.

Qqualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
