We’re hiring an Intern: IT Implementation Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025 and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Primary Responsibilities
We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
- Assist IT onboarding for new employees
- Assist with audio & visual requests when needed
- Assist with acquisition IT planning and diligence
- Drive new market IT planning and diligence
- Work with executive project managers to ensure IT Implementation is completed on time and within scope
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date procedure documentation for the New Markets and Acquisition processes.
- Assist with reviews of branch IT needs ensuring we are providing a proactive approach to resolving IT related issues
- Ensure branches have proper training equipment
- Develop and deploy automations to reduce administrative overhead

About You

What You’re Working With:
- Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information technology or related field
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- A solid understanding of Information Technology principles and practices.
- Experience in IT project management, asset management, and customer service
- Familiarity with computer hardware and networking components
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, Chatgpt, etc.
