About the Internship
We are seeking a Summer Finance Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world finance experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional business partnerships—while learning how finance drives decisions and supports teams across Brand & Marketing, Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce), Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.
What you will do in this role:
- Support Finance team initiatives through meaningful project work that contributes directly to business decisions
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation
- Learn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organization
- Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
- Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on finance and business fundamentals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
- Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a strong analytical mindset to team projects
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- At least 18 years old by the start of the program
- Available to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial tools or systems is a plus
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
