The Associate of Global Innovation will take the role in the following tasks for Central/Latin American branches.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends and economic factors to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Supporting the Director of Global Innovation in preparing business plans and budgets for international markets.
Support the Director of Global Innovation for monitoring day-to-day operations of international subsidiaries and locations, ensuring adherence to operational standards, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment of international operations with the overall company strategy.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between international teams and headquarters.
- Research market entry strategies, considering factors such as regulatory requirements, cultural nuances, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, trade policies, and industry standards in each market of operation.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to navigate complex international compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1+years of progressive experience in international operations management or related roles preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills with a proven track record of building.
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Ability to leverage MS-Office.
- [Optional] Proficiency in foreign languages(Spanish, Korean) relevant to the organization’s international markets.

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 – 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
