MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented GEOINT Systems Business Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA.
 

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the GEOINT Training and Professional GEOINT Enterprise Directorate, and GEOCOM Performance Management activities.
  • Develop concept of operations (CONOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support GEOINT Training and Professional Development Division, Community Governance Office, or GEOCOM mission activities and tasks.
  • Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements. 
  • Assist with analysis, evaluation, and assessment leading to development of recommendations for system and process improvements, optimization, development, and/or operations sustainment efforts for IT systems, software, and processes. Coordinates and manages analysis evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of programs, systems specifications, and quality standards.
  • Establishes performance measures, monitors and analyzes performance metrics to identify and implement performance-based improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience AND Bachelor’s Degree in any field; OR 15+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional analysis/assessment methodologies and associated tools.
  • Certified in ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ISO
  • Experience with supporting/directing the activities of staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.
  • Experience in designing new processes and documenting improvements. Ability to direct implementation activities. Experience working with executive level clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior GEOINT experience
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)
  • Specialized knowledge of the customer, its key components, directorates, offices, and programs.

Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
