Paragon is a design and engineering studio. We build products in fintech, AI, and developer tools, and we run a small portfolio of our own companies. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to help support our team with growth and marketing across that work.

You’d be running marketing experiments, building campaign and content assets, running guerrilla marketing campaigns, pulling analytics to see what’s working, and handling the coordination that keeps campaigns moving.

You’ll use AI tools heavily — a lot of this is one person doing what used to take a team. A manager will give you guidance and feedback, but you’ll be expected to take a problem and run with it.

This is a good fit if you’re early in your career and already doing something on your own – a project, a side business, an audience you’ve built. We care more about that than your résumé.

You should be comfortable working fast with limited instruction, and you should care about the quality of what you put out, not just finishing it.

To apply, send us one thing you’ve built or grown that you’re proud of, and why.
