Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to help grow Wave Automate’s online presence, build brand awareness, and generate inbound interest through engaging content.
This is a hands-on startup role focused specifically on content creation and brand growth.
Responsibilities

Create and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Develop short-form video content explaining AI receptionists and front-desk challenges

Design graphics, carousels, and educational posts

Help refine Wave Automate’s brand voice and positioning

Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages

Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy

Collaborate with the founders on campaigns
Compensation Structure
This is an unpaid internship with performance-based commission.
Compensation is tied specifically to measurable social media performance and growth impact. This may include engagement, audience growth, content performance, demo generation from social channels, and overall brand contribution. Earnings are uncapped, and the full compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
