Minority Leaders In Business – Shady Grove

​The purpose of this club is to create an inclusive environment where minority students at Shady Grove feel supported and connected to each other. The Smith school at the Shady Grove campus is comprised mainly of juniors and seniors. Given that many students at Smith Shady Grove are commuters, they are most likely to have a busy schedule and don’t have time to take part in extracurricular activities. Our club will focus on providing valuable experiences like networking opportunities for club members and other clubs, awareness discussions, support groups, while participating in social events within a feasible time commitment of 1-2 meetings per month.
