>> My name is Glenn White, and I am a Management Consultant. I have been for about 27 years. And I have traveled all over the world in this capacity and done many different things. Well, my job has changed over the years. You know, I've been a solution architect, which helps people understand, you know, what kind of technology they need. I have done process reengineering work, helping clients to remodel the way they do activities throughout their organization. Right now I am working as a program manager for an SAP implementation of a client in Southern California. So basically I go out there and for the day go through many different technologies and help them understand, you know, how they should be managing those technologies. And we're getting into many different things across SAP, an information warehouse, a PLM solution, a PPM solution. So we are getting into many different technologies and understanding how they will all integrate back through SAP. I am traveling 100% of the time now. I leave on Monday morning. I go to Southern California. I stay for about two weeks. The hours are basically, so I work probably from 6:30 in the morning until about 4:30 in the afternoon. I try to get 10 hours a day. And there's enough to do to keep me busy for that time. And it's a good environment. It's, right now, so relative to whether I work at home or on site, most of the time right now it is working on site. But generally we hope that I should be able to get to a point where I can work at home some days and spend some more time at my house and pay attention to my wife [laughter]. [ Silence ]
