We are currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Management Intern.
The tasks and responsibilities required of the Supply Chain Management Intern are outlined below:
- Gain specific understanding of the transportation, packaging, and distribution process, including the product movement from origin to destination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of supply chain metrics and reports
- Gain experience through shadowing assignments and individual projects
- Track KPIs through multiple databases to manage and analyze operational performance
- Perform analysis to reconcile data to source reports and resolve discrepancies
- Other job duties as assigned
The Skills and Qualifications required for a Supply Chain Management are outlined below:
- Pursing Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree at an accredited university
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Data analytics: 1 year (Preferred)
- Smart Sheet: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to communicate and work hands-on with all levels of employees
