We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with proven leadership skills in overseeing all facets of marketing, from campaign management to digital marketing and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for maximum impact.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and leverage emerging technologies.
- Manage and enhance the organization’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation.
- Develop and implement brand positioning and messaging strategies.
- Supervise the creation of compelling and engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of Marketing team.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure direct reports performance
- Review, analyze and execute regular employee metrics, set in place.
- Manage direct report PTO requests, ensure availability to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure the team is trained and provided with the tools and resources to succeed.
- Provide ongoing coaching and resolution of technical and non-technical issues including employee relations issues, client feedback and management feedback (in conjunction with Human Resources).
- Provide guidance on project management, goal-setting, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
