At Kuda, Ipinayo led the business banking go-to-market product strategy , collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify adoption barriers and enhance user retention. By leveraging analytics tools and consumer insights, she built a segmentation and retention framework that simplified the user journey, strengthened engagement, and drove sustained product adoption.
Her experience spans across clean energy, digital marketing, and fintech, including contributions at Sol Systems, where she developed data-driven insights to guide corporate positioning and strategy. As a Business Development Graduate Assistant at UMD’s School of Public Health, she continues to bridge data, storytelling, and strategy to strengthen alumni engagement and donor relationships.
Beyond the classroom, Ipinayo serves as Vice President of Finance for Smith Women MBA and Vice President of Marketing for the Smith African MBA Association.
She also shares thought leadership and insights on marketing, innovation, and strategy through her blog.
