AstraZeneca University Give-Back Day

The Oncology Business Unit of AstraZeneca is hosting a Give Back Day at their Gaithersburg, MD Campus. This is an OFF-CAMPUS EVENT, AND YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE DAY VIA THIS LINK.  Give Back Day is an invitation-only career and professional development experience designed to help students explore career opportunities, strengthen practical professional skills, and hear candid advice from professionals across AZ. While students will gain valuable insight into careers in the pharmaceutical industry, the event is focused on learning, career exploration, and professional development – not recruiting. Who should attend? Students exploring careers in business, healthcare, technology, analytics, communications and related fields. 

Event Details: 

Location: AstraZeneca Campus, Gaithersburg, MD

Transportation: A shuttle will be provided from the Shady Grove metro station. 

Students will participate in: 

Executive Panel Discussions– Hear candid perspectives from leaders across business functions about career growth, leadership, and navigating today’s workplace.

Interactive Workshops- Build practical skills that apply across industries, including communication, interviewing, personal branding, and career readiness. 

Career Conversations- Small-Group Q&A with professionals about career paths, lessons learned, and industry insights. 

Table Talks- Informal lunchtime discussions with professionals and fellow attendees.
