Smith Undergraduate Career Fair | Fall 2026

The Smith School Office of Career Services is excited to host the annual fall Smith Undergraduate Career Fair. All Smith undergraduate majors, QUEST students, and Smith undergraduate alumni — don’t miss Smith’s largest recruiting event of the year! Employers will be recruiting for externships, internships, and full-time opportunities for all business majors.

Click the red Register button in HireSmith to register for the event and get ready to connect – about 100 companies are expected!

Sign up for a fair prep session on Sept. 11 (virtual) or Sept. 15 (in VMH) and plan to attend Employer Resume Reviews to help you prepare. At the start of the semester, we’ll also launch a career fair app to help you more easily explore companies and plan your time at the fair.
