2026 Freshman & Sophomore TerpCareer Mixer

Freshmen & Sophomore Smith students are invited to network with employers who are recruiting them for internships and externships. What is an externship? Externships are also known as Early ID programs, Leadership programs, etc, to engage freshmen and sophomores in the career process over a short period. Some companies hire freshmen and Sophomores for internships as well!

THIS IS A MUST-ATTEND EVENT FOR FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORES WANTING TO GET A JUMP ON THEIR CAREER!!

Students will rotate through OCS interview rooms in small groups, where they will get quality time with recruiters to get to know their organization and positions. Open networking will follow with light refreshments.
