Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Franchise Owner at Dorm To Door Student Storage. The Franchise Owner intern will help oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned territory, including coordinating student storage, moving, and shipping services. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, supporting local marketing and outreach efforts, tracking bookings, and monitoring service quality. The intern will assist with recruiting and training local team members, implementing franchise processes, and reporting operational metrics to leadership. The role involves collaboration with the central team, continuous improvement of service delivery, and learning the fundamentals of franchise management in a student-focused environment. You must be currently attending a university to be considered for the role.
