FalconPrep is an AI ed-tech startup that takes the overwhelm out of college applications — a personalized school list, deadline tracking, essay help, and affordability tools. You’ve probably just been through this yourself; we’re building what you wish you’d had. Founder-led, bootstrapped, students love it — now we need to reach many more of them.
What you’ll own: growth from day one — short-form social (TikTok, Reels), student communities (Reddit, group chats, campus clubs), a student ambassador/referral program, and content/SEO. You pick the bets and run the experiments.
Compensation (paid):
$250 paid two-week pilot project to start
$30–$60 performance bonus per customer you help bring on (uncapped upside)
Path to a paid part-time Growth role as you prove the channel
You: a self-starter who’s grown something (club, page, campaign, side project); comfortable with startup ambiguity; knows how Gen-Z discovers things. Bonus if you recently went through the college-app process yourself.
