About the Opportunity
Hanwha Philly Shipyard is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing HR team for Summer 2027.
This hands-on internship offers an opportunity to gain real-world experience in corporate recruiting, employer branding, campus recruitment, and workforce development while helping attract the talent needed to support the future of American shipbuilding.
What You’ll Do
Support full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and communications.
Assist with campus recruiting, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Support recruitment activities for our Registered Apprenticeship Program.
Help coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding activities.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate information in recruiting systems.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on special projects and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Rising junior, rising senior, or first-year graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Interest in recruiting, employer branding, or workforce development.
No previous HR or recruiting experience required.
