Intellectual Healing Fellow – Behavioral Science & Research Intern

Intellectual Healing™ is seeking one highly motivated student to join our Intellectual Healing Fellows Program as a Behavioral Science & Research Intern. This hands-on internship is designed for students interested in applying psychology, behavioral science, education, and research beyond traditional clinical settings through curriculum development, educational innovation, AI-supported learning, and university partnerships.

As an Intellectual Healing Fellow, you will contribute to meaningful projects that help develop educational programs focused on emotional regulation, decision-making, resilience, communication, leadership, and thinking clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assist with psychology and behavioral science research.

Support curriculum and educational content development.

Review literature and summarize evidence-informed findings.

Contribute ideas for student and organizational learning resources.

Contribute to the development and evaluation of AI-supported educational resources.

Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field.

Strong written communication skills.

Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Interest in research, education, technology, and innovation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

This internship offers hands-on experience in an innovative, mission-driven organization where students can build professional skills while contributing to projects that support universities, organizations, and communities.

Selected Fellows will work directly with the Founder & CEO while contributing to projects that support the future growth of Intellectual Healing.

Founding Fellows receive compensation within the posted range based on experience, responsibilities, and program needs. As Intellectual Healing continues to grow, additional leadership and advancement opportunities may become available.
