The first week of your internship will be held in-person at our Headquarters in Austin, TX

About your internship:
SailPoint is seeking talented University students to fill positions within our Product Operations organization. If you are eager to be part of an operations team passionate about frequently delivering customer value and celebrating these victories together, then consider joining us.
As a Product Operations Intern, you will work with tenured operations and go-to-market professionals to launch SailPoint features and products to market. You will encounter a variety of challenges that will refine your problem-solving skills and work with a wide range of established and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate to develop automated and AI-inspired solutions
Implement processes and procedures that provide value to the SailPoint team and our customers
Work with operations and go-to-market professionals to internally and externally educate others on our features and solutions
Requirements:
Good understanding of technology basics
Good problem-solving skills
An interest and aptitude for leveraging AI to solve problems
Recently obtained or upper division student working towards a minimum Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/MIS or related field
Education:
College students from rising Sophomores to Seniors, along with Masters level students
